It’s a mobile app that not only tells you how much your home is worth based on recent comparable sales in your area, but it also shows you all the available homes for sale on the local MLS. When you use an app or website like Zillow, Trulia, or Realtor.com, they are going to turn right back around and sell your information to other agents who will then solicit you.
